Tommy Gregg

Coach Tommy Gregg serves as head coach for both the TCS Baseball and Softball programs. A former Major League Baseball outfielder and first baseman, he played nine seasons in the majors with the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, and other teams.

Following his playing career, Coach Gregg transitioned into coaching, serving extensively as a hitting coach in professional baseball. His work with young hitters is highly regarded, and he continues to share the experience and knowledge he gained from nearly a decade at the highest level of the game.

A two-sport athlete at Wake Forest University, where he competed in both football and baseball, Gregg brings vast experience as both a player and coach. He is committed to mentoring athletes not only in the fundamentals of the game but also in living with integrity, discipline, and faith.

During the summer months, Gregg coaches with MLB summer league teams and enjoys golfing. He and his wife, Tonya, make their home in Newnan and are the proud parents of two daughters, Jordan and Rachel, both TCS graduates.
