What is the Team Hub?

The TCS Team Hub, powered by Ballfrog, is our centralized platform for team communication, schedules, rosters, and game updates. With over 20 sports teams spanning 5th grade through varsity, the Team Hub replaces tools like GroupMe and ensures coaches, athletes, and parents stay connected in one place.

Accessible on desktop or through the mobile app, the Team Hub makes it easy for families and fans to find the information they need—anytime, anywhere.

  • Teams are organized by season and grade level in the TCS Team Hub. Simply select your student’s division to view their team page, including schedules, rosters, and announcements.

  • Schedules and scores are publicly available on the TCS Team Hub App. Team-specific updates and messaging require a login, which must be approved by your coach or team manager.

Before Your Athlete Joins a Team

Make sure you’ve completed these essential steps after team selection:

  • All athletes must submit up-to-date physicals and required participation forms before stepping on the field. You can download and submit everything online through our Athletic Forms page.

  • Each sport carries a seasonal fee that helps cover equipment, facilities, and travel. View the current cost breakdown by team and grade level on our Fees page.

  • Our coaches do more than lead practices—they mentor student-athletes in faith, character, and skill. Meet our staff and get to know who will be guiding your athlete this season.

  • The Lions Club is a vibrant community of parents, alumni, and supporters who help fund and celebrate TCS Athletics. Learn how you can get involved or support our teams through The Lions Club.
